Terms and Conditions: The Backlinkers Enrollment Agreement

Welcome to Backlinkers. By using our website or purchasing our Hybrid SEO Content Services, you are agreeing to the rules of our digital classroom. These terms ensure that we can provide the highest quality service to everyone while protecting the “SyncRanker” technology we’ve built.

1. Our Service Commitment

We provide specialized SEO services, including On-Page Hybrid Writing and Off-Page Authority Boosting.

  • The 14-Day Sprint: For our 100-portal package, we aim to complete the link-building process within 14 days of receiving your URL and keywords.

  • Hybrid Quality: All content is built using our proprietary architecture to ensure it meets modern search engine standards.

2. Your Responsibilities (The Student’s Role)

To get that #1 rank, we need you to play your part:

  • Accuracy: You must provide the correct URL and target keywords. We cannot “re-do” a 100-portal blast if you gave us the wrong link!

  • Legal Content: We do not provide backlinks or writing for illegal, adult-only, or “get-rich-quick” scam sites. We reserve the right to refuse service to any site that doesn’t meet our “Authority” standards.

3. Intellectual Property

The SyncRanker Architecture, our design codes, and the “Backlinkers” brand are our intellectual property.

  • You own the articles we write for you once paid in full.

  • You do not own the rights to our internal logic, our portal network, or the proprietary code used to build this site.

4. Performance & Rankings

Here is the “Teacher’s Truth”: SEO is an organic process. While our Authority Backlink Strategy is designed to give you the best possible shot at the top, we do not “own” Google. We cannot guarantee a specific #1 spot by a specific date because search algorithms change. However, we guarantee that the work we deliver—the 100 links and the hybrid content—will be exactly as described.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Monthly Packages: Our $99.99 On-Page package is a monthly subscription. You can cancel at any time, but we don’t offer partial refunds for mid-month cancellations.

  • One-Time Packages: The $299.99 Authority Booster is a one-time payment for a specific set of 100 links.

6. Placement & Permanence

We pride ourselves on the stability of our 100+ Portal Network. We aim for all links to be permanent. However, the internet is a living thing. If a portal goes offline or a directory changes its rules, we will do our best to replace that link within the first 60 days of your purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

Backlinkers is a tool to help you grow, but we are not liable for any loss of business, fluctuations in traffic, or search engine penalties if you are simultaneously using “black-hat” techniques from other providers. Stick to our “Hybrid” path for the best results!

8. Updates to These Terms

Just like a syllabus, we might update these terms as the SEO landscape shifts. Your continued use of the site means you accept the updated “lesson plan.”
