Refund Policy: The Backlinkers “Commitment” Guide
At Backlinkers, we start working on your Authority Backlink Strategy the moment your order hits our dashboard. Because our services involve manual writing, architectural setup, and permanent link placements, we have a specific way of handling refunds that is fair to both our “Teachers” (the team) and our “Students” (you).
1. The “Point of No Return”
SEO is a digital construction project. Once we have built your foundation, it cannot be “un-built.”

Written Articles: Once an article is written using our Hybrid SyncRanker Architecture, it is yours. We cannot “return” the time and expertise used to create it.

Live Backlinks: Once a backlink is placed on our 100+ Exclusive Portals, it is live on the internet. These placements cannot be reversed or “deleted” to refund the cost.
2. Partial Refund Eligibility
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your order after we have started but before we have finished, we offer a Partial Refund:

Processing Phase: If you cancel within 24 hours of ordering and we have not started the writing or link-building process, you are eligible for a 90% refund (10% covers transaction fees and admin setup).

In-Progress Phase: If we have already written your content but have not yet started the 14-day link-building sprint, we can offer a 50% partial refund. This covers the cost of the professional writing and strategy mapping already completed.

Completion Phase: Once the 100 links are live and the articles are published, no refunds can be issued. At this stage, the service is considered fully delivered.
3. Monthly Subscription Cancellations
For our $99.99 Monthly On-Page SEO Writing package:

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.

Cancellation stops the next billing cycle.

We do not offer pro-rated refunds for the current month once the first article of that cycle has been delivered.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a partial refund based on the “In-Progress” rules above:

Contact our support team immediately with your Order ID.

State clearly why you wish to cancel.

Our team will review the “Sync” status of your project and calculate the partial refund amount based on how much work was already completed.
5. Our Guarantee
While we don’t offer full refunds for completed work, we do guarantee the quality. If a link we promised in your 100-Portal Package goes down within the first 60 days, we won’t give you a refund—we’ll do something better: We will replace it for free.
